However, I can't move forward with recommending your paper for publication until the general writing in the manuscript is improved. There are numerous language related issues that I identified including: awkward word usages, awkward sentence constructions, over-usage of acronyms that make some sentences confusing, and at times the paragraph don't have a clear structure (topic sentence, then supporting sentences, then an ending sentence that concludes something). As such, even though the manuscript presents very important and interesting discussion, the writing does not make it easy to follow the discussion. I strongly recommend that you submit the manuscript to a professional editor before it is returned for final consideration.
